We accept returns within 30 days from the date you purchase or receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your game, console, or trading card product must be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Fees & Restocking
Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
Return Method: All returns are accepted In-Store at our physical retail store location free of charge.
Refund Method & Timing
Once your item is inspected at our store, we will process your refund immediately.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged Items & Exchanges
Please inspect your item upon purchase or receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, bring it to our store for an immediate evaluation and replacement.
Exchanges can be handled directly at our Grand Prairie store location.
